The homebuilding business in Middle Tennessee in the post World War II era was dominated by locally owned and operated home-grown companies. In 1952, Randall Phillips Sr., started such a business that was destined to become the largest homebuilder in Tennessee.
Now, over five decades later, his three grandsons, Randall, Jason and Charlie are carrying that proud family tradition forward. Each has grown up under the watchful eyes of their grandfather and father, Eddie Phillips, in the family business from the bottom up and are now poised to keep the home-grown, home town, family business in the forefront of home-building in the Middle Tennessee area.
